Payment?
I ask that payment by bank transfer is made 48 hours in advance of each session to secure your appointment.
Cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, there is no charge. If less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full rate.
Number of sessions?
This is your choice. Some like to start with a set number of sessions (usually 6-8), after which we can do a review. Others prefer a more open-ended way of working.
Your Privacy?
Confidentiality is a central feature of the counselling and psychotherapy relationship. My privacy notice is available upon request. I am also a member of the ICO.
Availability?
I will try to fit around your preferred day & time wherever possible. Please contact me to discuss availability.
